The location is wonderful except that it is on a pedestrian only area and it was difficult to find at first and we had to walk around with our luggage, trying to find it.

Excellent location and great price considering. Comfortable bed and friendly staff. Two tiny points to consider but it wouldn't stop me staying again

Location was great and even though we were at Leicester Square, there was no noise and we had a great nights sleep. Room was perfectly set up, bathroom was great, service was excellent. Clean, friendly, informal but professional - all in all, for a central London stay, in such an iconic location, really, really good...

I like everything about this room. The shower was spectacular a rainforest shower with a handheld. The room was attractive. We had a corner room. The view was of the Lester Square. Plenty of light in the room but curtains to pull over if you wanted to cut it out. The TV was a good size. Plenty of USB ports plenty of lighting. Bed was comfortable. They gave us an extra bed for my daughter.

The young man Dhruv attending to the Breakfast was exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional, he made it easier to go for Breakfast. He jumped into action to make the coffees when the one of the machines was not working. Aparna at the reception was friendly as well. The room was clean and above all a great location right in the middle of everything you can think of and very close to all London attractions.

A lovely hotel, very comfort and clean room, and the price is amazing for what you get. The best of our stay is the location, above the chinatown, very close to the SoHo. all the big attraction like the Big Ben and London Eye is in walking area. In the middle of all the night life, like theaters cinemas and bars. (Also there was a premier to Marvels movie just below our room so we watched from the room that was amazing). The room is sealed and quiet (a double window), and the facilities made to our expectations. There is a lot of underground stations near the hotel so you can reach fast to everywhere in the city. There was very good attitude, we came Earlier to the hotel, and they made to get us a room immediately. I will definitely come back!

The location is phenomenal. We often stay in Soho and decided to try a new location. Leister Square is in the middle of everything which was great. Also nice if you're seeing any shows because you can walk to many of the West End Theaters. The room was very clean, nice beds, and plenty of space. The room is big compared to many other downtown London hotels we've been to.
